High Tech Campus Eindhoven will be the main sponsor of PSV Women starting next season. The ecosystem of 265 high-tech companies from Eindhoven is committed to PSV Women for two seasons. As of July 1, 2022, the sponsor's name will be on the chest of the shirt. “We want to put female role models in the spotlight more”, says Hilde de Vocht, Director of Marketing and Communication at High Tech Campus Eindhoven.

New form
High Tech Campus Eindhoven embarks on a new form of sponsorship with PSV for strategic reasons, ending a three-year Premium Partnership, of which they were one of the founders. “We are proud of what we have achieved in this region the past few years”, says Hilde de Vocht, Marketing & Communications Director at High Tech Campus Eindhoven. “Thanks to the collaboration in the field of innovation, vitality and talent, Brainport Eindhoven, Europe’s leading innovative top technology region, is on the map. The launch of this partnership and the prospect of further growth and development enables us to pursue new opportunities within PSV.”

Evolution
PSV’s Commercial Director Frans Janssen thanks High Tech Campus Eindhoven for their dedication to PSV the past three seasons. “We are proud of our sponsorship pyramid. In 2019, we offered the possibilities to enter or leave the sponsorship pyramid or continue to expand in it. High Tech Campus Eindhoven has a mission and opts to play a new role at PSV. We are delighted to welcome them as the new shirt sponsor of PSV Women from next season. We will make the women’s football branch of our club a key priority and raise the game of PSV Women to a still higher level.”

Diversity
High Tech Campus Eindhoven has been striving for more diversity in the tech world for years. “Fe+male Tech Heroes is an initiative that puts, among other things, female role models in the spotlight”, says Ingelou Stol, who is founder of Fe+male Tech Heroes together with Hilde. “We show how cool it is to work in the tech world and why diversity is so important. And that inspires from young to old.”

Just like in technology, the football world is still a man's world. But fortunately, female role models can be found. “All football women at PSV are role models, from Jeslynn Kuijpers to Sari van Veenendaal. By telling their stories, we want to inspire girls and women in this region to follow their dreams. As the main sponsor of PSV Women, High Tech Campus Eindhoven will strive for more diversity, role models and of course: victories! 

Lead the way
“As a Campus, we like to lead the way,” continues De Vocht. “In developing new innovation hubs, such as the AI ​​Innovation Center and the 5G Hub Eindhoven. In supporting new start-ups, which may well grow into the new ASML or Philips. And in kickstarting innovative partnerships. We see new opportunities there.”
